1. What we make

Songprint creates a personalized song from details you provide. The lyrics and the recording are produced with the help of artificial intelligence, guided by your brief and reviewed by our systems. There is no human session musician or vocalist involved. We say this plainly because you should know exactly what you are buying.

2. What you get

Each order produces three recordings of the same lyrics. You keep the one you choose, as an MP3 and as a private page you can share. Downloading a second recording costs $4.99.

• Premium Keepsake — $79: first version in under an hour, 2 revisions included.
• Event Grade — $139: first version in under an hour, 10 revisions included.

Delivery times are targets measured from the moment your order is placed, not guarantees. If we are ever going to miss one badly, we will tell you.

3. Revisions and refunds

All orders are final sale. Because each song is written and recorded for one named person from details only you supplied, it cannot be resold or reused, so we cannot offer refunds once the recordings have been produced.

Revisions are how we make it right. Tell us what is wrong and we will change it — a wrong name, a missing detail, a tempo that does not fit. Revisions beyond those included in your tier are $4.99 each. When a revision only corrects words, we re-record with the same musical seed so the song stays recognizably yours; we aim for a near-identical arrangement but cannot guarantee a note-for-note match, as the underlying model evolves.

If we fail to deliver a song at all — a technical failure on our side, not a matter of taste — you get a full refund. Write to us and we will process it.

4. Your rights to the song

You may play, share, download, and keep your song for personal, non-commercial use forever. Play it at a wedding, a party, a funeral, a retirement dinner. Post it. Send it to anyone you like.

You may not sell the recording, license it, use it in an advertisement, or distribute it on streaming platforms as a commercial release. If you want commercial rights, contact us first.

Music generated by artificial intelligence sits in an unsettled area of copyright law. We do not promise that you own an exclusive copyright in the recording, because no honest provider can. What we do promise is that the song was made for you, from your details, and that we will not sell the same song to anyone else.

5. What you promise us

The details you submit are yours to share, and true. Do not send us anything that harasses, defames, or threatens a real person, and do not use our service to impersonate someone. We may decline any brief and refund it in full, before production.

6. Limits

We provide the service as it is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order it concerns. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a delayed song is a disappointment, not a damages claim.

7. Changes and contact
